Quotations from the story that is related to human rights. Katniss is saying what the capitals message is in a direct form. “Taking the kids from our districts, forcing them to kill one another while we watch – this is the Capitol’s way of reminding us how totally we are at their mercy. How little chance we would stand of surviving another rebellion. Whatever words they use, the real message is clear. “Look how we take your children and sacrifice them and there’s nothing you can do. If you lift a finger, we will destroy every last one of you. Just as we did in District Thirteen.”
How the human rights organization I chose could help people in the novel. The Human Rights Watch could help bringing international pressure to president snow and bring him to court where he would be found guilty for forcing children to kill each other for entertainment and to strike fear into the districts.

Film Review
Schindler's list
In Schindler’s list there are many human rights violations. At the start of the film the jews were forced into something called a ghetto. A ghetto was a place where many jews were forced to be living in a small area and would have to share a house with a lot of people. Then later on the jews were forced out of the ghetto to go to concentrations camps. The Germans didn’t let them leave nicely either. They would go thru their belongings throw them on the street send guard dogs after you and if you didn’t listen they would shoot you. They also made two lines one for women and one for men. This means that many people would be separated from their families. The jews in the concentration camps were not fed well and not given much rest. The owner of one camp would sit on his balcony looking to see if people were resting and if they were he would shoot them. You weren't even allowed to explain yourself. One of the jews door hinge box didn’t have many hinges in it the reason why was because he had to recalibrated the machines. The German were going to shoot him for it but luckily there guns jammed and he explained himself and was still hit on the back of the head. One girl was so scared she would not answer the Germans questions and was beaten for it. Later on the jews were moved to Auschwitz. They were jammed into crowded boxcars with no food water or bathrooms. At the end of the movie when the Germans lost there was orders to kill all of the jews but luckily the jews in Schindler's camp were let go.
The abuse affected scosite in a huge way. It caused many people to give up hope gave jew permanent injuries and mental scars. It also made Schindler do something he normally would not do. He gave all his money away but with good reasons he saved many jews lives. He also cried at the end because he realized he could have sold his car and saved even more lives.
The director in schindler's list uses cinema photography by shooting the picture in black and with instead of color to create emotions in the viewer of unimaginable tragedy. An other uses of cinema photograph is the constant wetness and mud atmosphere to display difficult times. There is no green grass or sunny skys.
